The Identity of the Church

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35

Corporate Worship

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20

The Organization of the Church

For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body — Jews, or Greeks, slaves or free — and all were made to drink of one Spirit…. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 1 Corinthians 12:13 & 27

The Officers of the Church

Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood. Acts 20:28
